How it works

• Book Online — choose a GP consultation or the 3-month bundle. No GP referral needed.
• Initial Consultation — a comprehensive review of your symptoms, history and treatment goals.
• Treatment Plan — personalised HRT or a non-hormonal plan, with an optional CBT referral.
• Ongoing Review — scheduled follow-ups to refine your treatment and support your progress.

What I review

At each review I look at your symptoms, your dose, your safety (blood pressure, breast health and ongoing risk) and what you want to achieve. The right treatment, hormonal or not, is agreed with you, based on your symptoms, medical history and preferences.

I follow current NICE menopause guidelines and the British Menopause Society recommendations.

Consultation fees don't include prescription charges. Where prescribed, HRT is delivered directly to your doorstep in discreet packaging via the partner pharmacy, Dale Pharmacy & Clinics. I am not an emergency service and cannot respond to urgent matters between appointments — call 111, or 999 in an emergency.
